Bonus Muay Thai technique!!!

After the Wednesday night Muay Thai kickboxing class, instructor Chris Jones demonstrates one of the techniques from the nights class, a nice counter to your opponents low kick.  Muay Thai kickboxing classes are on Wednesday night from 8-9pm and Friday from 6-7pm.
