We will be adding another Muay Thai kickboxing class to the schedule on Saturdays from 1-2pm.  Classes are starting this Saturday, April 30th.

The Muay Thai kickboxing classes are really picking up!!! We had a packed class tonight.  Instructor Chris Jones is doing a great job growing the program, and because of that we will be scheduling another class during the week!!! Check back soon for more info!!!
