Congratulations to all the Little Ninjas that received their promotions today at NJ United Mixed Martial Arts! Ella, Sophia, Andrew, Shane, Jackson, Patrick, Timur, TJ, and Victoria all did a great job!  

Looking forward to 11am Little Spartans class Saturday followed by open mat and Muay thai Kickboxing from 1:30-2:30pm.

Just a reminder that Tuesday is our Little Ninja’s “Bring your parent to class” day at NJ United Mixed Martial Arts. Don’t forget to bring comfortable workout clothes! See everyone on the mats!

Awesome Combat Gold Competition Team class Saturday afternoon followed by Muay Thai kickboxing class.  Everyone’s mount escapes were looking great in our Sunday 11am BJJ 101 class. Keep training hard guys, see you this week!!!
