JT and Dominyka at 2013 Pan Ams

Good luck to my good friends JT and Dominyka at the 2013 IBJJF Pan American Jiu Jitsu Championships in California. The Pan Ams begin Wednesday and wrap up Sunday night after 5 long grueling days of competition. JT and Dominyka are two of the best young stars in the men’s and women’s Brazilian Jiu Jitsu scene. JT is one of only 5 Americans to ever medal as a Black Belt at the IBJJF World Championships in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Dominyka is a 2011 IBJJF World Champion in the Purple Belt division!
