We had a packed class today, all the little spartans trained hard and are learning some great technique. We are developing a solid team for our 8 to 13 year old students. The little spartans meet on Mondays and Thursdays from 5:15pm-5:45pm and Saturdays from 11:00am-11:45am. Keep up the good work guys!!!
Just got back from the NAGA tournament in Morristown, NJ. NJ United represented bringing home some more medals. Everyone that competed gave 100% and win or lose, everyone gained valuable experience from the competition. Here are some quick results from NJ United:
Chris Jones: 1st place blue belt gi
Chris Magnani: 1st place blue belt gi
Eddie Willis: 1st place blue belt gi (Eddie only holds the rank of white belt)
Ron Suayan: 3rd place blue belt gi, 3rd place intermediate no gi
Steve Ficca: 3rd place blue belt gi
We had some big promotions in the Little Spartans class Thursday evening at NJ United MMA. Congratulations to everyone, keep training hard and continue to improve every day. I’m seeing alot of progress from everyone and the hard work is really paying off. Here are the promotions from Thursday:
Jimmy: 2nd stripe on white belt
Adrian: 4th stripe on white belt
Damian: Yellow/white belt
Danny: Yellow/white belt
Get ready for some good training on Friday, we have BJJ 101 at 11am, the little ninjas are from 5:15-5:45pm, and Muay Thai from 6-7pm.
Great classes tonight. We are working our mount escapes in BJJ 101 class. Muay Thai Wednesday nights continues to have an impressive turnout. Keep up the hard work guys!!!
