Totowa MMA: A look inside NJ United Mixed Martial Arts Academy

Thursday classes

GREAT Thursday classes tonight!!! Our kids instructor Derek Havran taught a great kids class on closed guard basics.  Following the kids class we had three intense adult classes.  We went over some great closed guard basics in the fundamentals gi class, two great sweeps in mix levels gi class, and worked a nice takedown in the No Gi class. I’m seeing alot of progress on the mat, everyone that is putting work in is really improving quickly.   Tomorrow we have the Muay Thai kickboxing class from 6-7pm.  Keep training hard!!!

Keep up the great work!!!
