Thursday Night Classes

We had a great night of jiu jitsu classes tonight. In CAP Gi we worked on countering and passing the berimbolo position. In BJJ 101 we worked on some effective counters to our opponents trying to pass the half guard. Hanyann taught another great Boxing 101 class on mat 2. We have some new members of the NJU family working hard in the Boxing 101 classes. We worked on some drills in CAP No Gi to help some of our students that are competing in tournaments next month! Excellent work guys!
