Repetition refines technique

We did some great half guard drills in the fundamentals Gi class and everyone learned some great sweeps in mix levels Gi.  In the No Gi class we drilled our takedowns and got some great training in.  See you on the mat!!!!

GREAT Thursday classes tonight!!! Great Saturday training!!!

Great kids class on Saturday!!! We practiced some great anti-bullying techniques. The adult open mat ended up going until 4pm, everybody was training HARD!!!! Keep up the great work!!! Got some great training in with JT and good luck to him as he competes in the No Gi World Championships in California next weekend.
