Wrestling

Wrestling is an important aspect of No Gi Jiu Jitsu (Submission Grappling) and MMA that is often undertrained by Brazilian Jiu Jitsu fighters. Try this technique in order to finish a single leg takedown when your opponent sprawls and you get stuck on your knees.
