Monday classes

We had a great night of Monday classes. The Little Spartans trained hard, and we some fun drills and games. BJJ 101 class was packed as usual, everyone is picking up the technique very quickly. We also had a surprise BJJ Black Belt visitor come in and train at no gi jiu jitsu class! We finished off the night with some great drilling and sparring in MMA class. Keep up the great work guys! I expect some amazing things in 2012!
