Great Day of Classes

Awesome Little Ninjas class today, the kids were very disciplined and their takedowns are looking great! The adult students really trained hard in CAP No Gi jiu jitsu, CAP Gi jiu jitsu, and BJJ 101 classes! Keep up the great work!
