Grapplers Quest this weekend & more

We are dedicating this month to the open guard position. After only a few days I’m already seeing huge improvements by alot of students. Put the time in guys, I think alot of you are going to be taking it to the next level after this month of training.

Don’t forget we have the Grapplers Quest Beast of the East VI tournament in Asbury Park, NJ this Saturday 4/9. Good luck to everyone who is competing.
