Great training today at Team Lloyd Irvin headquarters in Camp Springs, MD. Got some awesome rolls in with Jimmy Harbison, DJ Jackson, Mike Easton, Chris, Frank, and Andres. I’m looking forward to bringing back some good techniques, drills, and ideas to make NJ United MMA an even better gym for all of my students!

Check out this highlight of one of the most dynamic Brazilian Jiu Jitsu fighters of all time! Fernando “Tererê” Augusto was a 2 time Brazilian Jiu Jitsu World Champion and was one of the most entertaining grapplers to watch compete!

Can’t wait for our Little Spartans class tomorrow from 11am-11:45am. Then Combat Gold Competition Team training from 12-1pm, and Muay Thai Kickboxing 1pm-2pm.

We had a great Combat Gold Competition Team training today at NJ United MMA! There were 2 black belts, 1 brown belt, 3 purple belts, and 2 killer white belts on the mats putting the hard work in! Keep up the good work guys!
