Combat Gold Competition Team Class

We had an excellent Combat Gold Competition Team class tonight at NJ United Mixed Martial Arts. We reviewed JT Torres’ signature guard passing series, had an awesome guard passing drill, and got some hard training and cardio at the end of class! Keep up the hard work guys! Keep those GOLD medals coming!
