We had a good turnout for class tonight. We have a few of the Little Spartans getting ready to compete in the NAGA: Battle at the Beach down in Wildwood, NJ next month. I’m really excited to see more and more of the kids looking to get into competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu!!!

The Wednesday night BJJ 101 class was great, the guys are really getting the guard passing techniques down.

Chris Jones taught a great Muay Thai kickboxing class to finish off the night.  Got some good standup sparring in after class as well. Keep up the hard work guys!!!

Here is an awesome highlight of one of the most entertaining ground fighters in the WORLD!!!  Wilson Reis is a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu from Sao Paulo, Brazil currently fighting for the MMA organization Bellator Fighting Championships.
