Congratulations to Team Lloyd Irvin’s Dominick Cruz for defending his UFC bantamweight title last night at UFC 132. It was an exciting night of fights, we had a solid group from the NJ United family watching at Hooters Saturday night. Looking forward to the next event….

Here is a nice MMA highlight of one of my training partners, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt Wilson Reis.  Wilson was a Brown Belt Mundial World Champion in 2004 and was the first Elite XC bantamweight champion. Well known for his exciting grappling style, Wilson has amassed a 12-3 record in Mixed Martial Arts and currently fights for Bellator Fighting Championships.  Wilson is one of the instructors at BJJ United in Philadelphia, PA alongside Jared Weiner representing Team Lloyd Irvin.
