Big congratulations to everyone that competed at the Grapplers Quest helping Team Lloyd Irvin bring home the US National Championships Team Title! NJ United MMA brought home 7 medals helping Team Lloyd Irvin take the top spot over more than 25 other teams at the event! Great job everyone!

We had 26 students at BJJ 101 class Wednesday night. Keep up the excellent work, we’re working on our BJJ 101 armbar from the closed guard and I’m really happy with the hard work everyone is putting in during our “King/Queen of the Closed Guard” drills! See everyone tonight!  

Great Combat Gold Competition Team class with JT “Spiderman” Torres. JT showed some awesome guard passing techniques that I personally can’t wait to implement into my game! Keep up the great work guys!

We had 26 students in BJJ 101 class tonight! We’ve consistently had a great turnout and everyone is improving significantly. Our new training room should be finished by the end of the summer and we’re looking forward to expanding the schedule with even more classes! Keep it up guys!
