Happy 4th of July everyone! We will be having 10am BJJ 101 class in the morning. All evening classes will be cancelled in celebration of the holiday.

Congratulations to Renzo for receiving his Blue Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu during Friday afternoons BJJ 101 class! Keep up the great work!

NJ United MMA student Sean wins $100 CASH and a pair of NJU MMA gloves for bringing two new members into the NJ United MMA family. Also after BJJ 101 class today, NJU student Matt won a FREE private lesson while Little Spartans student Dakota won a FREE pair of  NJU MMA gloves.

We had 12 guys on the mats training on Friday afternoon at NJ United MMA. The afternoon BJJ 101 classes have been steadily growing every week. Keep it up guys!

Muay Thai classes have been packed lately. I see a lot of improved technique out there due to the hard work everyone has been putting in. Looks like it’s getting about time to add some more Kickboxing classes to the schedule! Check back soon!
