Easter Jiu Jitsu

Due to the overwhelming demand from the students we had our 11am BJJ 101 class on Easter Sunday!!! The students have spoken, and to be honest, it didn’t take much to convince me to have class. Not only did we have class at 11am, we also had 10 of the guys come in an hour early to practice all of the great techniques that JT showed at his seminar on Saturday!!! Repitition refines technique!!!
