Good luck to everyone competing in The Grapplers Challenge in Red Bank, NJ tomorrow!!! Bring back some hardware to NJU!!!
We will still be having our Little Spartans class from 11:00-11:45am Saturday. Instead of our Combat Gold competition team training from 12-1pm, we will be having open mat training for students who have progressed through the BJJ 101 program. There will also be Muay Thai kickboxing class with Chris Jones from 1-2pm.
Come take a look over my shoulder and get a sneak peak at what's going on at our Academy in Totowa, New Jersey on a daily basis..
