Great night

Great training tonight!!! We worked on some fundamental techniques while inside our opponent’s closed guard. Remember, your ability to open up the closed guard comes down to your posture. If you can’t maintain good posture it’s going to be difficult to stay safe and avoid submissions and sweeps. We also had some great shark bait wrestling drills in No-Gi class as well. Work those takedowns guys!!!
