Great kids class today, children’s instructor Derek Havran is doing a great job with the program.  With a Masters Degree in Education from Farleigh Dickinson University and experience as a 1st and 2nd grade teacher, Derek is able to apply his educational background to martial arts to allow each student to achieve their goals.   The Little Spartans Team is growing stronger every week!!!  I’m looking forward to seeing our kids martial arts program continue to have success.  

Our Combat Gold Team training was a huge success today!!! We did some great cardio drills, positional and situational drilling, and then got some hard rolling in at the end of class.  Keep it up guys, I’m looking for big things in 2011!!!

Let’s finish the weekend strong with an awesome jiu jitsu class on Sunday.  Come check out our 11:00am-12:00pm BJJ 101 class.
