Packed Wednesday class

Class was PACKED tonight!!! Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class was all about posture from inside the closed guard, everyone trained hard during open mat, and Muay Thai was great as usual!!! And just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, we have a new technique of the week video coming Thursday night….
