Totowa MMA: A look inside NJ United Mixed Martial Arts Academy

Thank you Chris Lytle

It has been a pleasure watching Chris Lytle fight during his time in the UFC. He is one of my favorite fighters of all time, beginning his career in the late 90’s before MMA was mainstream. Any aspiring Mixed Martial Artist should watch him fight to see what it’s like to have the true heart of a champion. He’s a class act, working as a fireman during the entire time that he spent fighting in the UFC. .  Known for his entertaining standup fighting, Lytle also holds the rank of Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and has earned himself numerous UFC “Submission of the Night” honors… He retired tonight after his submission win by guillotine over Dan Hardy.
