Wednesday night BJJ 101 class

Great classes tonight, we had a bonus technique shown in our BJJ 101 class tonight. We went over a nice detail on how to finish the armbar from the closed guard, preventing your opponent from stacking you!!! I see a big improvement over the course of the last week and a half!!!
