Guard passing

This week we are going over some great guard passes. In the No Gi Jiu Jitsu class tonight we went over a nice brabo choke that you can use when your opponent defends your guard pass. We also had another Team Lloyd Irvin friend from The Grapplers Guide Academy in Red Bank, NJ stop by to train.
