Our BJJ 101 program is designed to give students a basic understand of the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, while improving cardio and muscle endurance. Many people always ask me what the secret is to get in shape or how to lose weight, and I simply tell them, “Train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.” You will quickly become so intrigued by the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu that you will forget that your will being doing excercises that are helping you accomplish your goals of weight loss. You will also be surrounded by people who came to our academy for the similar reasons, getting in shape, self defense, and out how to lose weight and keep it off.
